IMAP Set-Up:

Gmail Support

In the building of our module we only tested Gmail. We will look to adding more supported platforms as errors are reported. Feel free to let us know if you have any errors using a different platform.

Check If Imap is Enabled

  1. Open GMAIL and click on the settings icon in the top right corner.

  2. Select 'See all Settings'

  3. Select Forwarding and POP

  4. Select 'Enable IMAP'

Create App Password

DO THIS IF YOU HAVE 2 FACTOR AUTHENTICATION ON YOUR GOOGLE ACCOUNT (which you should have)

  1. Go to https://myaccount.google.com/

  2. Search 'App passwords'

  3. Login to your google account

  4. Select 'Mail' in the select app

  5. For 'Select Device' select Other Device

  6. Name it whatever you might like

  7. Click 'Generate'

  8. Copy and save the password that is prompted (this will not be saved)

Account Root: Enter a name scheme that Atlas can roughly follow (ex. Andrew would root as Andrew561654, Andrew8745465, etc.)

Captcha Key: Create an account on https://capmonster.cloud/en/ and enter the API key once done SUBJECT TO CHANGE

SMS Key: Create an account on and enter the API key once done SUBJECT TO CHANGE

Catchall: Enter your catchall email, IF you use your email, Atlas will automatically use the '+' trick (HOWEVER AVOID IF POSSIBLE, KNOWN BANS).
